FAQ

Do I need to buy new kitchen equipment?

Not at all.  A blender is useful, but aside from that, normal day-to-day equipment is all that’s required. 

Will I need to buy expensive ingredients?

The recipes all use straightforward, day-to-day, easy-to-find supermarket ingredients.  There are no ‘superfoods’ or other expensive, exotic, hard to find ingredients that you’ll only use once.

What if I don't have much time to complete the course?

You will have instant access to all the course material as soon as you enrol.  You may progress through the programme at a rate that suits you, although I would recommend aiming for around a week to focus fully on implementing the information from each module.  Each video lesson is around 10-15 mintes long and there is an accompanying worksheet.

Do I need any prior nutrition knowledge?

Not at all.  Each lesson contains a video where I explain everything you need to know.  There is also an accompanying worksheet which guides you in applying the upgrades to your own diet, as well as recipes and meal plans to help you put everything in place. 

Is there a time limit to complete the programme?

The course is online, 100% digital and you have lifetime access to it.  As I upgrade the course and add additional information, you will have automatic access to that too, at no extra cost.
